Have you selected the correct make and model? - You have selected Nokia N-Gage-QD as the make and model of the mobile phone you wish to unlock. The label under the battery of your Nokia phone MUST display the following - Model: N-Gage-QD.

Are you in the United Kingdom? - Our Nokia N-Gage-QD mobile phone 'Unlock By Post' service is available only to United Kingdom residents. If you are outside the United Kingdom, DO NOT send your Nokia N-Gage-QD mobile phone to us for unlocking.

Are you sure you need to unlock your Nokia N-Gage-QD? - Unlocking will remove the network restriction on your Nokia N-Gage-QD so that it is no longer restricted for use on one specific network. Unlocking serves no other purpose whatsoever.
