Have you selected the correct make and model? - You have selected Nokia N-Gage as the make and model of the mobile phone you wish to unlock. The label under the battery of your Nokia phone MUST display the following - Model: N-Gage.

Are you in the United Kingdom? - Our Nokia N-Gage mobile phone 'Unlock By Post' service is available only to United Kingdom residents. If you are outside the United Kingdom, DO NOT send your Nokia N-Gage mobile phone to us for unlocking.

Are you sure you need to unlock your Nokia N-Gage? - Unlocking will remove the network restriction on your Nokia N-Gage so that it is no longer restricted for use on one specific network. Unlocking serves no other purpose whatsoever.

Are you sure your Nokia N-Gage is not unlocked? - Before sending your Nokia N-Gage to PostalUnlock for unlocking, please make sure your Nokia N-Gage is not already unlocked.

Are you sure your Nokia N-Gage is not faulty? - Please be sure that your Nokia N-Gage is in full working order before sending it to PostalUnlock for unlocking .
- Do you need to make a backup? - Some of the unlocking procedures we use may erase all content from your Nokia N-Gage so please make sure you have a backup.
