Have you selected the correct make and model? - You have selected Nokia N79 as the make and model of the mobile phone you wish to unlock. The label under the battery of your Nokia phone MUST display the following - Model: N79.

Are you in the United Kingdom? - Our Nokia N79 mobile phone 'Unlock By Post' service is available only to United Kingdom residents. If you are outside the United Kingdom, DO NOT send your Nokia N79 mobile phone to us for unlocking.

Are you sure you need to unlock your Nokia N79? - Unlocking will remove the network restriction on your Nokia N79 so that it is no longer restricted for use on one specific network. Unlocking serves no other purpose whatsoever.
