Have you selected the correct make and model? - You have selected Samsung OMNIA-LITE as the make and model of the mobile phone you wish to unlock. Are you sure this is correct?

Are you in the United Kingdom? - Our Samsung OMNIA-LITE mobile phone 'Unlock By Post' service is available only to United Kingdom residents. If you are outside the United Kingdom, DO NOT send your Samsung OMNIA-LITE mobile phone to us for unlocking.

Are you sure you need to unlock your Samsung OMNIA-LITE? - Unlocking will remove the network restriction on your Samsung OMNIA-LITE so that it is no longer restricted for use on one specific network. Unlocking serves no other purpose whatsoever.
