Have you selected the correct make and model? - You have selected Samsung OMNIA as the make and model of the mobile phone you wish to unlock. Are you sure this is correct?

Are you in the United Kingdom? - Our Samsung OMNIA mobile phone 'Unlock By Post' service is available only to United Kingdom residents. If you are outside the United Kingdom, DO NOT send your Samsung OMNIA mobile phone to us for unlocking.

Are you sure you need to unlock your Samsung OMNIA? - Unlocking will remove the network restriction on your Samsung OMNIA so that it is no longer restricted for use on one specific network. Unlocking serves no other purpose whatsoever.
