Have you selected the correct make and model? - You have selected SonyEricsson ELM as the make and model of the mobile phone you wish to unlock. Are you sure this is correct?

Are you in the United Kingdom? - Our SonyEricsson ELM mobile phone 'Unlock By Post' service is available only to United Kingdom residents. If you are outside the United Kingdom, DO NOT send your SonyEricsson ELM mobile phone to us for unlocking.

Are you sure you need to unlock your SonyEricsson ELM? - Unlocking will remove the network restriction on your SonyEricsson ELM so that it is no longer restricted for use on one specific network. Unlocking serves no other purpose whatsoever.

Are you sure your SonyEricsson ELM is not unlocked? - Before sending your SonyEricsson ELM to PostalUnlock for unlocking, please make sure your SonyEricsson ELM is not already unlocked.
